AV Managed Care Onsite Includes:

  • Unlimited 24×7 telephone technical support
  • Guaranteed one-hour telephone response time
  • A technician will open a trouble ticket and track the service issue until it has been fully resolved
  • A certified technician will arrive onsite next business day (if need is determined by 2:00PM)
  • One preventative maintenance (PM) and system review visit per year upon customer request
